This work presents a Ka-band 8-stream phased-array MIMO receiver with non-uniform time-hopping blocker rejection for 6G wireless systems. Time-division MIMO enables multiple spatial streams to share the same phased-array receiver hardware, but its periodic stream-switching operation generates harmonics that can fold strong blockers into the desired signal band. To suppress this blocker aliasing, the proposed receiver pseudo-randomly reorders the stream assignment sequence while maintaining the same average duty cycle. This non-uniform time-hopping operation spreads the switching harmonics and generates spectral nulls at the original harmonic locations without additional RF filters or cancellation paths. OTA measurements using a 50-MS/s 16-QAM OFDMA signal demonstrate that the proposed method improves blocker tolerance by 34 dB and recovers the EVMRMS from −13.3 dB to −29.9 dB under a 0-dBc blocker condition.
