Presentation Guidelines
For oral presentations
General Information
▪️ All oral presentations and sessions much be given using the presenter’s own computer.
▪️ The connection to the projector accepts HDMI output only. Mac users must bring their own adapter if required.
▪️ Audio output is not available during presentations.
▪️ A laser pointer is available in each conference room.
▪️ Please check that your slides work properly before the session starts.
Notice for Contributed Talks
▪️ Each speaker is given 15 minutes for their presentation. An additional 3 minutes is reserved exclusively for the audience to ask questions and provide comments.
▪️ A bell will ring at 10 min (once), 15 minutes (twice), and 18 minutes (three times).
▪️ At 18 minutes, the speaker must leave the stage to allow the next presenter to prepare and connect their computer to the projector.
Notice for Special Symposia and Minisymposia
▪️ Time management for presentations and discussion is at the discretion of the organizers.
▪️ Speakers are advised to coordinate with the session organizers in advance.
For poster presentations
General Information
▪️ Each presentation is allowed A0-sized vertical poster (841mm width Å~ 1189mm height).
▪️ Posters may be displayed starting at 08:10 on July 8 (Tuesday).
▪️ Pins for mounting posters will be provided in the poster room (Terrsa Hall).
▪️ Posters must be removed by 3:00 pm (15:00) on July 11 (Friday) at the latest. Any posters remaining after this time will be removed by the organizers or venue staff and will not be returned to the presenter.
Core Presentation Times for Posters
▪️ Presenters are kindly recommended to stay beside their poster for discussion during their core presentation time.
Odd-numbered posters (e.g., POS-01, POS-03): July 8 (Tue) & July 10 (Thu), 12:30–13:30
Even-numbered posters (e.g., POS-02, POS-04):July 9 (Wed) & July 11 (Fri), 12:30–13:30
