In the Historical Yukawa documents, we found a material that describes the prototype of Genshiryoku-mura (nuclear village) which was written in 1957 when the Nobel laureate Dr. Hideki Yukawa was a member of Japan's Atomic Energy Commission. We analyzed this histirical document and clarify the basis of the shady adhesive ties between nuclear-related industries, power companies, scholorships etc.
