原子炉で想定されている核分裂生成物1400核種の数密度の時間変化に対し、全核種での計算は負荷が大きいので考慮する核種を減らした低次元のチェーンモデルでの計算を行う。低次元チェーンで計算を行った際に考慮されていない核種の数密度が必要になった場合値を得るのが困難であるので、事前に全核種を考慮した計算結果から数密度ベクトルに対するPOD基底を作成し、低次元チェーンでの結果に基づいて考慮されていない核種の数密度を再現する。
