[2A16] Effects of polyethylene pre-moderator on cold neutron intensity at KUANS

At Kyoto University Accelerator drive Neutron Source (KUANS), there is 50mm vacant between the target system and mesitylene cold moderator. In the present research, the results of the measurements of neutron intensity distribution over the moderator using pin-hole technique with and without 30mm-thick polyethylene pre-moderator are presented.
