We have recently developed the flux distribution tallies using the proper orthogonal decomposition to reduce the dimensionality of the distribution. In the present study, the circular block bootstrap method is applied to a statistical uncertainty estimation of the flux distribution taking into account the intergenerational correlation in a Monte Carlo eigenvalue calculation. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified for a test problem in a one-dimensional slab geometry.
