[2O14] Dislocation loops observation in a reactor pressure vessel steel by diffraction selected on-zone STEM

We observed dislocation loops in a reactor pressure vessel steel by diffraction selected on-zone STEM (DsoZ-STEM), which is a simple and selective observation method developed by the authors. The observation results of DsoZ-STEM were compared with conventional observation methods.
