In this study, we used all-solid-state battery and conducted experiments in a high-radiation environment exceeding 100 Gy in the cobalt-60 irradiation chamber at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. The evaluation was carried out by using the potential measurement method during charge-discharge cycles combined with the pulse ultrasonic propagation time difference method. The findings of the experiments demonstrated that the electrical performance of all-solid-state battery is not affected by the presence of high radiation, even when the environment is high. In addition, the durability evaluation, which was carried out by adjusting the amount of time that the material was exposed to irradiation, showed that there was almost no degradation after one hour of exposure.
