Neutron beams can be used to measure magnetic fields. The stroboscopic method has been used to measure oscillating magnetic fields. However, measuring high-frequency fields is difficult due to time scale problems. Therefore, attempts have been made to measure sinusoidal oscillating magnetic fields using continuous neutrons. However, there are also interests in non-sinusoidal oscillations. In this study, we have developed a formulation for an arbitrary oscillation and have confirmed its reproducibility at JRR-3 MINE. The formulation is considered to be useful not only for neutron spin interferometry, but also for the analysis of phenomena with periodic changes in interferometry.
