The results of long-term monitoring in the difficult-to-return zone, which has been conducted continuously since the accident at the Fukushima Dai-ichi Nuclear Power Plant, were analyzed in order to identify trends in the variation of atmospheric radiocesium concentration and resuspension factor. In addition, an analytical case study is presented in which the results of atmospheric radiocesium concentrations are used to evaluate the activity median aerodynamic diameter and internal dose rate.
