使用済燃料プールの冷却機能喪失時等において温度成層化が発生する可能性がある。この温度成層化の発生と消散メカニズムを明らかにするため、水プール容器内に鉛直加熱源を設置した実験を実施し、温度成層界面の位置、温度・流速分布の構造を分析してきた。本報では、プールサイズ等の影響について検討した結果を報告する。
