The purpose of this study is to elucidate the decontamination mechanism of small-diameter piping using a dry blast decontamination system for decontamination work in decommissioning, and to investigate decontamination conditions with high decontamination effectiveness.
In this paper, we report on the relationship between the decontamination effect and the diameter and shape of the projected particles, and between the decontamination effect and the pipe length and inside diameter.
