30 years have passed since Japan Nuclear Fuel Ltd. was established, and the generations who were responsible for starting up the business are retiring one after another within a few years. Also the engineers of partner company employees who were involved in the construction of the facilities are decreasing year by year, thus, succession from the few remaining veteran engineers and experts has not been sufficiently achieved. In this presentation, as a part of our efforts of technology succession under such circumstances, we introduce the initiatives to pass technical materials on to the next generation by the technical materials and books that have been accumulated so far into a database as electronic data knowledge and to manage them collectively.
