Since 2024, School of Sustainable Design, University of Toyama has an educational program to develop personnel with the scientific and technical knowledge necessary for nuclear regulatory work related to natural hazards and earthquake resistant. This program aims to develop human resources who can discuss risk assessment of nuclear power against natural hazards from a broad perspective across multiple fields.
