This report describes the contents and uses of a manual for evaluating risk communication that is being developed as part of the research project "Development and verification of evaluation methods for the practice of effective risk communication and proposals for social implementation," which was adopted for Theme 3 of the 2023 Radiation Health Management and Health Anxiety Countermeasures Project (research and investigation project on the health effects of radiation) - Research to contribute to countermeasures against radiation anxiety due to accidents.
