There is a possibility that a certain amount of α-nuclides in the colloidal state will be present in the stagnant water at the time of fuel debris removal in the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. Therefore, we confirmed the colloidal state generated in the assumed water quality at present, and planned elemental tests focusing on the removal performance of candidate technologies that are considered to be effective in removing these colloids.
