Hitachi is developing a nuclear digital twin (HAPPS) utilizing the nuclear plant design expertise. This research has developed an in-situ temperature measurement method to determine the internal fluid temperature from the external surface of piping, aiming to expand HAPPS's scope of application. This presentation explains the concept of the on-site temperature measurement method and the accuracy verification results obtained through laboratory testing.
