Dissecting Pathogenesis by Spatial Transcriptome Analysis

Recent single cell transcriptiome analysis enable to iddentify cell type and dissecting transition of cellular status. Besides, the latest spatial transcriptome analysis approaches cross talk among cells using cell position informartion. We show new applications of spatial transcriptoime analysis with mutations at single cell level.
