下部尿路機能障害の疾患と治療薬のupdate<br><br>本邦での最新の疫学調査によると、下部尿路に何らかの障害があり、蓄尿もしくは排尿に関連する症状（下部尿路症状）を有するヒトの割合は、20歳以上で77.9%、40歳以上で82.5%にまでのぼると報告されている。具体的には、過活動膀胱（OAB）、低活動膀胱（UAB）、間質性膀胱炎/膀胱痛症候群（IC/BPS）、前立腺肥大症（BPH）、慢性前立腺炎（CP）、腹圧性尿失禁（SUI）など、老若男女を問わず多くの疾患がある。本講演では、これらの疾患の病態機序や、薬物治療における治療薬の使い分けについて、診療ガイドラインや学術研究の報告を基に、基礎および臨床の両面から最新情報を提供したい。
