新時代の肥満症治療薬<br><br>わが国においても肥満症が問題となって久しいが、肥満症を食事・運動・行動療法で持続的に改善するのは極めて困難である。近年、2型糖尿病の治療薬として使用されるようになったGLP-1受容体作動薬は、血糖改善作用のみならず心血管および腎イベント抑制効果に優れ、肥満症にも有用であることが明らかになった。これまでは有害反応なしに効果的、持続的に肥満症を治療できるクスリはなかったが、2024年2月にGLP-1受容体作動薬が肥満症治療薬として使用開始されたことにより、肥満症治療は新時代に突入した。そこで本講演では、GLP-1受容体作動薬を中心に新しい肥満症治療薬についての情報を基礎・臨床の両面からお届けする。
