It was decided that the content would be based on the results of a large-scale questionnaire survey conducted mainly by the Gender Equality Academic Societies Liaison Committee, and it was agreed that four speakers would give presentations on the leaky pipe problem among female researchers in their respective careers. Since the leaky pipe problem also occurs to men, the gender of the speakers is not limited to women, and they do not have to be involved in the problem.
