Tue. Mar 18, 2025 4:40 AM - 6:30 AM UTC
Tue. Mar 18, 2025 4:40 AM - 6:30 AM UTC
Room 5
Oranizers :Katsuyuki Yugi (RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences) and Yoshihiro Yamanishi (Graduate School of Informatics, Nagoya University)
Recent advances in comprehensive measurement and AI/machine learning technologies have evoked data-driven and AI-driven drug discovery and pharmacological studies. For example, there are examples where the advances in comprehensive measurement technology, especially omics-related technology, have shown that there may be many target molecules for existing drugs other than the classical targets previously known. The AI/machine learning technologies are being applied to molecular design, such as optimizing lead compounds. This symposium invites researchers from industry and academia to discuss the latest achievements and innovations in the field and its future prospects.
