任意のシグナルタンパク質を細胞膜へ移行させる技術は、細胞膜を起点としたシグナル伝達の人工制御や解析のための強力なツールとなりうる。本発表では、ループ改変型タンパク質タグと化合物のペアからなる高汎用的な細胞膜シグナル制御システムの詳細について報告する。
