診断や細胞生物学において、生細胞の膜タンパク質発現の種類による細胞の分類は決定的である。この研究の目的は酵素抗体法を用いたCell ELISAによって、低発現種を含む複数の膜タンパク質を簡便で高感度に同時検出することである。この目的を達成するために利用可能な酵素-基質の組み合わせの開発を行った。
