ペルオキシレドキシン(Prx)は、細胞毒である過酸化水素をチオレドキシン依存的に分解する抗酸化蛋白質である。PRX1の十量体は5つの二量体からなる特徴的なリング構造を示すことから、その中央の細孔を利用した物質輸送が期待される。そこで本研究では、PRX1による蛋白質の捕捉の制御を試みた。
