シクロメタレート型イリジウム(Ir(III))錯体およびトリプチセンの塩基性ペプチドのハイブリッド化合物が、がん細胞のparaptosisを誘導することを見出した。このparaptosisは、小胞体とミトコンドリアの膜融合、小胞体からミトコンドリアへのCa²⁺輸送、ミトコンドリア膜電位低下、細胞内小器官の液胞化によって誘導される。本発表では、これらの結果について報告する予定である。
