ヘム系の酸素添加酵素は、鉄(IV)オキソポルフィリン-π-カチオンラジカル種 (Compound I) を酸化活性種として利用している。本研究では、Compound Iモデル錯体を著しく長寿命化するトリフルオロトルエン (TFT) を溶媒とし、従来定量的な評価が難しかった、アルカン水酸化反応における軸配位子の効果を速度論に解析した。
