我々は細胞種選択的に特定GPCRを制御する手法としてextracellular Loop-Engineered Chemogenetics（eLEC）を提唱している。本研究ではアデノシンA2A受容体（A2AR）へeLECを適用し、変異型A2AR選択的に拮抗薬の阻害能を顕著に低下させることに成功した。マウスから単離した初代アストロサイトにおいても本戦略が適用できることを確認したため、本学会で報告する。
