我々は，がん細胞の取り巻く特異環境に着目し，がん細胞選択的に抗がん活性を示す，銅錯体の開発に取り組んできた。今回，二核銅(II)錯体[Cu₂(µ-OAc)(OAc)₂(btamide)] の末端に，新たにフェナントレンを導入した新規二核銅(II)錯体[Cu₂(μ-OAc)(OAc)₂(btamide-Pn-phen)] の合成及び活性評価を行ったため，これを報告する。
