当研究室では, NRPS ラベル化技術を基盤とする内在的に発現する任意の NRPS の基質特異性に関する情報を読み出す手法の開発に成功している (ABPP-NRPS). そこで本研究では, 抗菌剤グラミシジン S (GS) 生合成に関与する 2 つの NRPSをモデルに, ABPP-NRPS とprecursor-directed biosynthesis 法を組み合わせ, 簡便に GS 誘導体を創製することを検討した.
