近年、チタンは耐腐食性および生体適合性が高いことから、インプラントの材料として注目されている。しかし、細菌感染のリスクなどが課題として挙げられる。そこで、チタンをコラーゲンモデルペプチド (CMP) で被覆することによってこれらの課題を解決しようと考えた。本研究では、細胞認識部位 (GFOGER) 、銅イオンによるCMP同士の伸長および抗菌効果の付与を目指しHisタグを配置したCMPを設計・合成し、二次構造評価を行った。
