[2PB-36] Synthesis of a ratiometric viscosity probe through the reaction with glutathione

当研究室では２つの剛直な発光性ユニットを柔軟な８員環に縮環させた構造であるFLAPを合成し、蛍光レシオ粘度プローブへの応用を研究している。本研究では、還元型グルタチオンと反応して蛍光を発するようになるフタルアルデヒドに着目し、FLAPの両翼にベンゾフタルアルデヒド構造を組み込んだ前駆体を合成した。GSH反応後の蛍光量子収率はDMSO中で14%であり、粘度に依存した蛍光レシオ変化が観測された。
