Registration

All attendees, regardless of the registrant, speaker, or co-author, are required to register for the meeting. *This excludes selected invitees.
 

Please Note
  • Registration is NOT completed until (1) registration information has been submitted and (2) payment has been received. If these two are not completed by the deadline, the registration is invalid.
  • At the 105th Annual Meeting, no cash registration will be accepted on-site. If you wish to register during the meeting, please make your registration and payment online.

 

Registration Period
  • Primary Registration: November 1st, 2024 - February 28th, 2025
  • Secondary Registration: March 19th - 29th, 2025

Payment Method Details

Bank Transfer
  • Bank Transfer Payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc. The destination bank account is GMO Aozora Net Bank.
  • Bank Transfer Payment is available only in Japan. Please note that the payment procedure pages are written only in the Japanese language.
  • The destination bank account differs for each participant.
  • Payment for multiple registrants cannot be made at once. Please make sure to pay for each registrant individually. 

 

Credit Cards
  • Credit card payment will be processed through GMO Payment Gateway Inc.
  • Brands: VISA, Master, JCB, American Express, Diners Club

 

Invoices and Receipts
  • Once the payment is made, you can download a receipt on the registration site. Receipts will be issued in PDF format only.
  • Invoices will be issued at the registration site after the registration and payment procedures have been activated. Invoices will be issued in PDF format only.
  • We are not able to provide any changes to the invoice/receipt format, even in the case of payment with public or school expenses.

 

Meeting Badges
Please download the meeting badge from the registration site, print it out, and bring it to the venue.

The badges will be available on the registration site from March 12th, 2024.
Badge holders will be distributed at the venue.
