We investigate proximity-induced spin–orbit coupling in graphene using a WSe2/graphene/hBN/graphene tunnel junction. Momentum-conserving resonant tunneling between proximitized and pristine graphene produces doubly split conductance peaks, from which we reconstruct the spin-split Dirac bands. The extracted spin splitting is ΔE = 16.7 ± 0.8 meV at a 15° twist angle between graphene and WSe2, providing a direct spectroscopic measure of proximity-induced SOC without relying on transport models.
