The following childcare services are scheduled during the convention.

• December 10 (Wed):A childcare room will be open at the venue (KDDI Ishin Hall 206･207). Anyone is welcome to use the room.

• However if there are too many requests, the room will be allocated on a first-come. first-served basis.

• December 11 (Tus.) and 12 (Fri.): A child-care room will be available at the venue (KDDI Ishin Hall 206･207).

• The childcare room will be available to all Congress participants regardless of whether or not they are presenting.

• Childcare staff will be on hand at the on-site childcare room.

• Advance registration is required.

• December 12 ( Fri )    9:00 AM – 17:00PM

Note: Opening hours are subject to change according to the program organization. After the program is confirmed, we will ask you again for your preferred time of use.

Note: You are welcome to bring your children to the banquet scheduled at 6:00 PM -8:00 PM on December 11. No nursery will be available during this time.

• December 10 (Wed): Free

•  

  December 11 (Thu) and 12 (Fri): 2,000 yen for half day, 3,500 yen for all day of each day.

Note: Fees should be paid by cash or with credit card on site. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, JCB, Diners Club, Club and Discover cards.

• If you wish to apply for childcare, please fill out the childcare application form.

  We will also contact you individually for details on the location of the childcare room and what you need to prepare.

  If you cancel or change the time of use, please send an e-mail to the following address as soon as possible. Cancellation due to illness of the child is possible up to the last minute.

・Secondary application deadline: October 24 (Fri)

Note: Secondary applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis only if the number of applicants does not reach the capacity of the primary application. So please apply to the primary application if possible.
