The following childcare services are scheduled during the convention.

• December 10th (Wed.): A childcare room will be open at the venue (KDDI Ishin Hall). If there are too many requests, the room will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• December 11th (Thu.) and 12th (Fri.): A child-care room will be available at the venue. 

• The childcare room will be available to all Congress participants regardless of whether or not they are presenting. 

• Childcare staff will be on hand at the on-site childcare room. 

• Advance registration is required.
• The opening time, usage fees, registration method, and registration deadline are currently being determined. We will provide further information as soon as it is decided.
