企画セッション

中部大学国際GISセンターは、2014年に文部科学大臣による共同利用・共同研究拠点の認定を受け「問題複合体を対象とするデジタルアース共同利用・共同研究拠点」として、GISをはじめ、情報科学、リモートセンシング、社会工学等に関する研究者との共同利用・共同研究を通じて、サイバースペース上に構築される多次元・多解像度の地球（デジタルアース）の研究開発を推進してきました。さらに環境、災害、感染症等の問題複合体の研究者に対し、デジタルアースを提供し、共同利用・ 共同研究により持続可能な社会を構築するため、問題複合体を解題し、合意形成に寄与するととも に関連諸科学の発展に貢献することを目的としています。本セッションでは、2023年度の拠点の共同研究成果の報告と、関連研究者によるパネル・ディスカッションを行い、デジタルアース研究分野と問題複合体への学術によるアプローチについて展望します。
