[Th-A1-G-03]Superconductivity and Suppressed Monoclinic Distortion in FeTe Films Enabled by Higher-Order Epitaxy

We report 5:6 commensurate higher-order epitaxial FeTe films on CdTe substrate. FeTe films exhibit properties which are absent in bulk crystals: strong suppression of monoclinic distortion and emergent superconductivity.
