[Th-P-11] Valley Mixing and Polarization of Interface Excitons at Lateral Heterojunctions

We present a theory of the polarized optical response of interface excitons localized at lateral heterojunctions between TMDC MLs. We predict an intervalley Zeeman effect in an in-plane magnetic field, modification of the optical selection rules, and tunable linearly polarized photoluminescence.
