[Th-P-17]Quantum Interference in Valley Hall Regime Observed in MoS2 Hall Bar

We report quantum interference effects in the valley Hall regime, observed as oscillations in the non-local voltage of a MoS2 Hall bar at low temperatures. Although the behavior resembles UCF, we find no dependence on magnetic field. We discuss the possible origin of interference and coherence properties of the valley current.
