[Th-P-22]Graphene oxide as the passivation material for optical energy conversion devices

This study investigates graphene oxide (GO) as a low-cost passivation layer for silicon and cuprous oxide devices. Using XPS analysis, we demonstrate that tuning GO’s oxidation degree varies work function alignment and charge transfer, significantly enhancing optical energy conversion efficiency..
