[Tu-A2-H-01 (Invited)] Attempts to Realize UV-C Emitters in 180-190 nm Spectral Range using Rocksalt-structured MgZnO Alloy Films and Heterostrutures

Our previous achievements and recent progress on mist chemical vapor deposition (mist CVD) growth of rocksalt-structured MgZnO alloy films and heterostructures are shown. Their emission characteristics will be discussed for future realization of mercury-free emitter in 180-190 nm spectral range.
