InP degrades in polar solvents, making it unsuitable for the electrostatic-spraying deposition (ESD) method. Therefore, QDs with an InP/ZnSe/ZnS double-shell structure were synthesized using the hot-injection method. As a result, ESD deposition became feasible, and we explored deposition conditions that exhibit good flatness.
