[Tu-P-08] Room temperature polariton lasing in GaN triangular cavity grown by metal organic chemical vapor deposition

After growing the p–i–n LED structure, we measured the I–V characteristics and observed typical diode behavior. By surpassing the limitations of conventional resonator platforms, this work establishes a new system capable of room-temperature electrically driven polariton laser.
