[Tu-P-26]Swift Heavy Ion Induced Radiation Effects in Gallium oxide

Ga2O3 has been demonstrated to exhibit high sensitivity to swift heavy ion (SHI). In this work, we investigated the fine structure of ion tracks and its thermal stability in Ga2O3 by SHIs.The track morphology and its variation with annealing temperature were confirmed.
