[Tu-P-41]Cyclotron Resonant Nonlinear Hall Effect in 2D Valley Semiconductors via Skew Scattering

We predict a giant cyclotron resonant enhancement of the nonlinear valley Hall photocurrent in monolayer MoS2. Using kinetic theory, we show that trigonal warping and broken inversion symmetry enable efficient optical control of valley transport at THz frequencies in a magnetic field.
