Innovative self-assembly of nanomaterials, like quantum dots, nanowires & ultra-thin films, has enabled much progress in science and applications at the nm-scale. Here I will present how such approaches also provide solutions to supply µm-sized InGaN microLEDs as requested for AR/VR applications.
