[We-A2-B-06]Electrically Switchable Dirac Masses in Twisted Bilayer Graphene with a Unidirectional Superlattice

Twisted bilayer graphene with a layer-dependent 1D modulation exhibits electrically switchable Dirac gaps. At Dirac-Dirac resonance, odd harmonic gaps same-chirality cone pairs, whereas even harmonic gaps opposite-chirality pairs. The modulation can invert the relative chirality and hence the active mass channel is electrically switchable.
