[We-P-04]A Meshless Smoothed Particles Approach for Carriers Transport in Semiconductor

A smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method for semiconductor drift-diffusion is presented. This mesh-free approach uses a fixed neighbors to approximate equations using a correction matrix. Results show convergence and reliability against the finite volume method, simplifying multidimensional modeling without complex mesh generation.
