[We-P-05]Growth of Vanadium Dioxide Nanoparticles Using Solid State Dewetting on Sapphire Substrate

In this work, we use solid-state dewetting for the synthesis of Vanadium dioxide nanoparticles on sapphire substrates. The growth process is studied using FESEM and AFM to determine the effects of process parameters and substrate patterning.
