Some semiconducting chalcogenide glasses can behave as mixed conductors. Based on phonon-assisted thermally activated hopping transport, we examine the relationship between the structural relaxation and diffusion, and how the semiconducting nature of mixed conductors affects the non-Arrhenius transport behavior.
